Really good, boutique thrift store. 15 min walk, about halfway to the Arts District located further down West Broad St.

Richmond is a very trendy city. Many locals enjoy shopping at various upscale thrift stores located throughout the city. Rumors is my favorite of the bunch and I highly recommend checking it out.
