約二百年前に第11代将軍、徳川家斉の寛政年間に創業された歴史のある麻布十番のウナギの名店。自慢のウナギはかなりあっさり目で、口に入れると自然とほぐれるほどの柔かさ。ウナギ本来の味を楽しみたい方にオススメです。 小骨も全て抜かれています。
