If you're at the beach in Alameda, this is a great place to stop in for food - Safeway, Panera, Jamba Juice or MacDonalds and more, whatever fits your plan! There are also some great smaller stores, like Modern Mouse, that feature works by local artists. During the summer, there's a free music series, and during the winter, a seasonal outdoor ice rink!

This is our closest beach at the end of Park Street. Also has a shopping center with Trader Joes, Safeway and Kohls among many restaurants and shops.

Mild conditions at this beach make it great for a beach walk, volleyball, or wading in the cool waters of the SF Bay. Beautiful views at all times as well.
