Extensive network of hiking trails. hiking, mountain biking, equestrian, paragliding, dogs on leash. Not a lot of shade in the summer. Access to river, picnicking.

Your view looks out on the Cronin Ranch. Miles and miles of hiking, mountain biking and equestrians trails. Can get to the American River. Awesome place.
