This place is a winery and distillery, so you can do a wine tasting flight, and then they bring you to their barrel room/ distillery room and you can try the spirits they make as well! Make sure you designate someone to drive you back 😉

One of the first wineries opened in Paso Robles and the first legal distillery. Check out the 100% Estate wine list and taste Vodka and Gin made from red wine grapes grown here in Paso. (If you happen to stop in on a Saturday, Evan will likely be your host!)
