There are two Totties locations, Totties 2 (Scottsdale Rd and Lincoln) is a must for Thai / Vietnamese.

Tottie's is locally owned, has a great happy hour & a diverse menu. Cocktails are made by her mixologist & the decor itself is a kaleidoscope of experience. One of my local favorites!
