They make their own tortillas, do I need to say more!? Yum! Actually everything except the sour cream is made from scratch. The food is fresh and healthy, the prices reasonable. Order just inside the door and then find a table or take out. IMHO, head right upstairs and get yourself a view inside or outside. I recommend the breakfast burritos.... available Mon-Sat until 11am. They are the perfect size, hot and tasty and no kidding, only about $3.60!

Café Mexicali, where your mango-salsa-studded tacos will be served in humble to-go containers, perfect for taking them out to the patio to drink up the views.
