The Ise-shima Summit is held in Mie-ken on Thursday, May 26, 2016 and Friday on the 27th. All coin-operated lockers around Namba station can't be used in counter-terrorism measures with that. (A sign is difficult to see by a roadside tree.)A yellow sign is a mark.
