Another favorite yoga studio of mine. Joanna B and Rachel are 2 of the best/most heartfelt and vinyasa flow teachers in town. Climbing the 3 flights of stairs into this studio is worth the climb, I promise.

The best yoga, barre, pilates, and in the city. Classes are taught in a historic converted warehouse style complex.
