Peasholm park is a beautifully calm place to escape the crowds & heat with lovely dappled shade. It's worth taking a wander through in the evening as it looks wonderful lit up. Cross the bridge to see the island & the Japanese garden. You can hire dragon pedalo boats during high season

Take a boat ride around the park, row yourself around the park or simply sit back and relax with an ice cream. A great picnic spot located in the North Bay, a 5 minute drive from Acacia Breezes or a 20 minute walk.

Peasholm Park has a tranquil lake and, in the summer, people can hire boats to relax on the lake. There is a bandstand in the middle of the lake and these these events are free to the public. There is a small island in the middle of the lake which the public can access. There are many resident birds and plenty of places to enjoy a picnic

A beautiful spot to head to with the kids or even just for a solo walk, and it is free of charge. The park has a lovely lake where in the summer you can hire dragon boats and rowing boats. It is also home to the famous Naval Warfare which is a must see for families. A unique attraction it was first performed in 1927 and see a battle between the smallest manned navy in the world. There is also a bandstand in the middle of the lake which plays musical concerts throughout the summer months. There are a number of cafes and kiosks around the park serving snacks, ice creams and refreshments. Peasholm park was designed within a natural glen with a stream running through it. It's a great place to explore nature, spot wildlife and enjoy some peace and quiet.
