The food is sort of Jewish, sort of restaurant, but very solid. The main reason that I include it is because Knaackstrasse is lovely and leads you into the tangle of Prenzlauerberg's prettiest streets. It's near the water tower (Wasserturm) landmark) and almost next to Berlin's nicest synagogue (which is in a courtyard).

Excellent Russian food. The Sunday brunch is incredible—be sure to get there early!

Russian restaurant. sundays they have a russian brunch till 15:00. you can enjoy a huge variety of russian specialties.
