(pronounced 'Cal Brook' - meaning ‘cook something’ in Scottish gaelic) Contemporary cuisine that doesn’t stray too far from Scottish tradition. Awarded Glasgow’s only Michelin star this year. Locally sourced, unfussy, yet beautifully composed fine dining. Literally a one minute walk from the flat.

Could be Michelin star decorated, but Glasgow seems to refuse to enter the guide ;) The food is excellent and it would be the perfect place for a special occasion or to indulge yourself with divine Scottish cuisine. Not cheap but still good value for money. You most likely need to book in advance. 10 mins walk
