Ghent is a marvellous city. Its extensive history stretches back to the Celtic era, it has been one of the most influential cities in Europe and thus once in the world. Today it’s the most favoured city in Ghent where people of all ages come to visit and find meaning. Known for its t monuments, romantic city strolls, beautiful parks, countless pubs (some with over 700 types of unique Belgian beers); you will not find another city anywhere in the world that shares the same unique energy. The city provides a communal and hospitable feeling to its visitors, everyone is just more friendly in Ghent.
