A gentle 20 minute walk into town from Eely point reserve, on a flat, well formed 1km track

This is a sheltered beach spot and great if the wind is blowing. Eely point has a dedicated swimming area (look for the orange bouys) and raised picnic platforms amongst the pines.

Part of the lovely lakefront track that has a fun wee bike track for kids and a frisbee golf course.
