There are three elbgold cafés in hamburg. One is super close to the airbnb (Eppendorfer Baum 26), but if you wanna have a real experience make sure to check out the roastery. Get some freshly roasted coffee and a nice 'Franzbrötchen' as well.

The best freshly roasted coffee in town. It is also in a cool neighborhood, just two metro stops from the central station.

Hidden behind "Bullerei", this place serves the best coffee in the area. Go for breakfast and order a cortado & a croissant! In summer you can sit in a deckchair outside.
