Hold your pinkies up, but not your nose. It's fancy but def not snobby. The Champagnery was named by the Champagne Bureau as one of the top 10 best Champagne bars in the U.S. in 2022. Ask for Tony, the sommelier. He's down to earth and friendly as hell. Fun fact: I once had a $1,300 tab here...
