The closest MRT station (max. walking is 4 min) is Fort Canning. It is part of the blue line which will connect you to Marina Bay Sands, China town and little India. The purple line is also very close, just hop on a bus for a little bit and you are at Clarke Quay which will also take you to the famous Sentosa and other places in town.
