Trails take you down to the river. Incredible overlook Trails are well maintained. The river trail is very steep.

Get to know this 3.00 mile, loop trail near Billings, Montana. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 1 h 39 min to complete. This trail is great for hiking and trail running. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash.

My favorite mini-hike around Billings. Hike through a field to the top of a cliff and see a gorgeous view of the city and Yellowstone River. It's about a 2-mile hike but family friendly (watch the kids near the top!) and not too difficult. It's a beautiful location for family photos.

Walk along the Four Dances Trailhead to catch the most amazing Montana sunset views. I love having a picnic and some wine while watching the sunset here.
