This restaurant is at the 36th floor of a tower in the north side of the city. The view is amazing. Great food. Awesome desert

You start with the sensation you have in the bright reception of a hotel before the city view, as it looks from 136 metres high, opens in front of your eyes. Amazing chocolate desert (nor de vata de zahar cu ciocolata). Friendly and Exceptional service
