Southhampton Beach is a beautiful beach but its rocky, we recommend bringing water shoes, there are areas where there is accesible free parking, during high season we recommend going early to avoid parking far or having to pay for parking. Peel Street has some parking, or parking by the Canada flag on Chantry view Dr.

You will NOT be disappointed by your trip to this beach specifically to see the sunset. Always a spectacular site.

View the famous sunsets from the beach, go for a swim, or walk the boardwalk. Listen to the piper pipe the sun down on Friday evenings in July and August. Sandy beach, but the water bottom is rocky. Water shoes recommended.

Our family often gets take out from Southampton Thai Cusine. The spring rolls are awesome, the food is delicious and the portions are generous.

Welcome to one of the best beaches in Ontario! You are a 3 minute walk to Southampton's beautiful sandy beach located off Lake Huron. Check out the historic boardwalk and keep your eyes out for the rare dune grasses !
