Anna Maria's (www.annamariasaruba.com) is an Italian restaurant 17 minutes (1.4 km) walk from Barcelo Aruba. It serves authentic southern Italian cuisine and is owned by the local chef and her husband, Christian. Anna Maria's is located in a residential area because it started out of their home. It is a labor of love for the owners! They serve typical Italian fanfare and I recommend the chupe de camarones for an appetizer and linguini al frutti di mare for the main.
