There is a nice boat trip from Puddinggmoor, Beccles. The Big Dog Ferry which takes you to Geldeston Locks where you can eat lovely food, including great fish and chips and drink by the River Waveney. www.bigdogferry.co.uk. It's 45 mins each way and is worth doing on a nice day. This runs throughout the summer and although you can take a chance by just turning up, it may be worth booking ahead during the busy months. The cost is approx £12 per adult for a return trip. This trip is a must if you're visiting during the summer!
