The Hayden Valley is a great place to see buffalo. They are almost always there. Sometimes you might get lucky and see bears or wolves too.

Want to see bison? Check out the vast wide open views of Hayden Valley on your trip. If visiting during the bison rut (breeding season) in late July/early August, make time to simply pull off the road in a pullout and listen to the noises and experience this exciting time of year!
