This is one of our favourite spots, whether with the kids or on our own. They have an excellent selection of oven-baked pizzas, pastas and wines.
A neighbour and good Frank owns the restaurant that is maybe 2 minutes away walking. I'm vouching for the restaurant because it has great food and atmosphere (just kind of because he's a friend). Tell him Gurmeet sent you.
“Great chicken. Roast, baked, in a salad... all delish. But really the best is their amazing salads. A *full* meal in a bowl, healthy and mouth-watering (I can't even finish their small bowl). ”
“Friendly neighbourhood pub with local brews and excellent food. The Caesar salad is recommended !”
“The first restaurant to start serious dining in Bloordale. Seriously lovely people and mediterranean-influenced local food, with a wine and drinks list that leans to the obscure.”
“The cellar at Her Father's, a low-key neighborhood bar, stocks more than 100 types of cider, making it the top destination for cider-lovers in Toronto. ”
