This park is technically part of Paris, but few Parisians visit its eastern end. That’s where you’ll find the fabulous Jardin d’Agronomie Tropicale, a magical place frozen in time, with exotic vegetation and colonial pavilions. La Cartoucherie, a group of warehouses turned into mini-theaters, is surrounded by green space, great for a picnic after a show. During the summer, jazz and classical music concerts are put on each weekend at the Parc Floral. It’s lovely to loaf about in the grass to the sound of a sax solo or a flight of violins.
