We return to the beginnings. The food philosophy of The Beginnings are natural, plant based foods. Additives, preservatives, colorants, trans fats, white flour and sugar are not used. Since 2011 health food brand The Beginnings restaurants and shops offer nutritionally rich plant foods, widest selection of fresh smoothies and matcha tea drinks, sin less confectionery as well as health food products from our product We use innovative food preparation techniques that result in more healthful and nutritious meals. Our dishes are suitable for flexitarians, vegetarians, vegans and raw foodists alike, and do not contain lactose or gluten. Our menu consists of plant food hot and raw food dishes.
