Ok so this is not for the Pennsylvania Expressive Movement Site! (I just could not find the Joburg one registered.) Expressive movement is a guided movement and dance meditation requiring no previous experience fashioned after the 5 Rhythms dynamic movement practice. Sessions are 90 minutes every Thursday from 18H30 - 20H00 at the Rosebank Bowling Club. Cost is R100. I go every week when I'm in town so let me know if you want to join and catch a ride with me. You will meet many friendly Jozi locals getting rid of their stress on the dance floor. Ask me if you have any questions. Sian Palmer facilitates every Thursday with themed sessions and amazing music.
