If you are stopping in Palma at any point in your trip, this is the place to go for a taste of traditional pastries, the famous Mallorcan ensaïmada, or a delicious light lunch of 'panades'. The master baker-archeologist, as he calls himself, is devoted to reviving Mallorcan ancient recipes and is one of the best bakers in Mallorca and in Spain!
