If you love an exotic and perfectly-mixed cocktail, this place is for you. Small, intimate bar and a few tables. First come, first serve, but worth the wait. Oysters, rice bowls and ramen--the best I've had in Manhattan.

ROKC is the best ramen in NYC. And the cocktails are so creative. Be prepared to wait for a table unless you go at a very off peak time. But trust me, it’s worth the wait.
