This is one of my favorite restaurants. It has won several local awards. The Phoenix roll comes out to your table lit on fire 🔥 Be sure to ask about the Happy Hour discount on Wednesday nights.

This is our favorite Sushi place in all of Utah. The location and establishment aren't necessarily 5 stars but the Sushi is EXCELLENT. My Sushi recommendations are: Mars Roll, J Roll, Godzilla, and Romeo and Juliet. If you want fancy and fresh then Tekashi in Salt Lake City would be my next recommendation or closer Tsunami.

If you're looking for sushi, Itto is the place to go. The sushi is arguably some of the best in the state. There are lots of unique combinations as well as some of your standard ones such as the California roll. The service here is some of the best we've ever experienced when eating out. The staff is always very friendly and quick to help. It's always busy if you go during lunch or dinner but people move through fairly quickly.
