Spot where you can instantly rent a car with a CityBee app and leave the car in one of numerous CityBee stations anywhere else in the city. Very convenient if you don't own a car, I use it all the time.

You can download a program to your phone named citybee, you can take a car from there. with no extra fees.

There is a car sharing app City Bee (Lithuania). On the app you can find the car near you, reserve it and use it. Of course you need to register first.
