FOR GETTING TO THE STARTING POINT OF THE PULPIT ROCK BY BUS NB! This is the only possible bus stop to use for this matter. These buses come from Tau, and will be marked with "Preikestolen" or "Pulpit Rock". Stretch out a hand to make a signal to the bus driver. The bus only stops when people show they want to get on. If it doesn't stop, don't worry. There will be more of them (not all tourist buses stop along the way). Check out www.kolumbus.no for departure hours. The easiest is often to type "Tau-Preikestolen" and then add 10 minutes to know when to expect it by the adm.senter at Jørpeland. The bus trip takes about 20 minutes. ”
