If you need your coffee fix early, Lucky Shot Espresso Bar (a 7-10 minute walk from the flat) is open from 5 am weekdays and 6 am weekends for delicious Pablo and Rusty Coffee and a diverse breakfast menu. You'll come back later for the awesome specialty burgers!
