Kobe - Nankinmachi (Kobe China Town) If you want to enjoy traditional and delicious Chinese cuisine, even the rare one like black dumpling. This is a highly suggested place for you. There a lot of store around so that you can choose which ever store that you like. They also sell tapioca.
