Observation deck is on 25th floor. A sightseeing information center is on 1st floor. 25階には展望デッキがあります。 1階には観光インフォメーションセンターがあります。

The 25th floor of the Bunkyo ward office has been free open as outlook lounge. Night view is also beautiful.
