Bubbly sourdough pizza, Chilean style. Best pizza we've found in TAS (THURS/FRI night). Beautiful design. Polished concrete floors, steel enormous pizza oven, local + International staff (south american and european). Recommend calling to book.

This is a world-class venue with fresh Tasmanian produce from the Cannery co-op farm, great coffee & a well stocked wine bar. The only restaurant in Cygnet with water views. Stunning restoration of an old canning factory, with industrial styling & friendly staff. The menu revolves around "Dante" the huge Neapolitan wood fired pizza oven. Outdoor seating which is dog friendly. Child friendly with lots of pram space & toys + wheelchair accessible. Top pick in Cygnet!

The owners use local produce for their menu, offering snacks, share plates, pizzas and desserts. The bar serves cocktails, beers and a range of local, Australian and international wines. On Sundays, Franca bakes European cakes to have with your coffee or tea.
