Internet café. Good coffee and great grinders. Nice eggs dishes and bagels. Comfortable spot to rest after visiting the little shops nearby. Very local.

Best coffee in Kailua town without the crowd. Local hangout and people watching spot to enjoy a great cup of joe. Food is ok but you're going there solely for the coffee. If it's during the afternoon, make sure to swing next door to Olive or Oliver Boutique shops.
