Our goal was to introduce a new way to look at ice cream in Austin. At Snowy Village, we give you a chance to try an authentic Korean shaved ice known as bingsu. We take our time crafting your bingsu, mixing in your toppings so every bite is as flavorful as the last. If the idea of snow makes you shiver, we also offer a warm Japanese treat. Taiyaki is a freshly made, fish-shaped snack filled with your choice of delicious fillings.
