Good drinks and happy hour buffet. It is also a music store. It's the right place where you can meet young neapolitan people.

(Al Vomero). Il quartiere è gremito di bar e localini. A Via Scarlatti e dintorni bar di ogni tipo sono ben attrezzati per aperitivi. Locali tipicamente frequentati dalla gioventù napoletana sono la Fonoteca, Il Burning, l’Archivio Storico. -Trying to explane in ENG- (In the neighborood). First of all in Via Scarlatti and around you can have a good aperitif (happy hour), usually until 8.
