Tejeda is one of Spain’s most beautiful villages and surprises everyone who visits it! Here, in his native region, chef Borja Marrero creates top-quality cuisine that in his words has “added ethical value”, with a strong focus on protecting native local products, produce from his own farm, and work opportunities for local youngsters in an attempt to reduce depopulation (he also has an ice-cream business and craft beer factory). Texeda’s creative, locally inspired cuisine is high on sustainability and is showcased via two enticing menus (on the shorter of the two, customers can choose their own dishes). This restaurant will not disappoint. If you visit Tejeda definitely make time to have a meal here call to make sure they can get you in availablebllity will depend on season . Love this place .
