The tart shell crumbles as you bite into it and the custard melts in your mouth. This place is a bit unpredictable with their hours, so call in advance to check. If you arrive at 8am, you may be lucky enough to get the fresh custard tarts warm out of the oven. Go on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday early (like 8am) or between 3pm and 5pm. Check in advance to be sure they’re open. It’s cash only.
