Caché derrière le Moulin Rouge le Bar à Bulles est un très joli endroit avec 2 grandes terrasses pour oublier l'effervescence de Paris. On peut y déguster des tapas, des cocktails ou prendre un brunch à un prix raisonnable! Very nice bar where you can drink cocktails on 2 nice terraces!
