We had a fantastic stay at this property! The apartment was in excellent condition — clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, right between MIT and Harvard, and just a couple of blocks from the Red Line subway, which made it so easy to get to Boston Common and the heart of the city. The amenities were great, and everything we could possibly need was thoughtfully provided and well stocked. The host was responsive, helpful, and made the whole experience seamless. We would definitely consider staying here again for future visits!

Great space for our team to stay for an off-site multi-day meeting. There is no AC, so it might get hot in warmer weather. Otherwise, everyone loved the space.

It was the first time we visited Weymouth. Her house and the whole neighborhood was very quaint and Cape cottagish It has a wonderful full room wraparound couch, a nice deck in the back and a very comfortable master bed . I would highly recommend staying here If you happen to looking to stay in the South Shore area I would highly recommend staying here

I LOVED my stay here! I stayed here for my birthday trip to Boston with two other people. The view was insanely good for the price. We loved how cozy the place was, especially the couches. An uber to the city was around $20. Patricia was so sweet and gave recommendations of things to do in the area. Parking was free which was so helpful. My only complaint is me and my boyfriend stayed in the downstairs bedroom, and noticed there was a door in the room. We opened it and realized it was an unlocked entrance to our room from the downstairs, where other people were staying. The door had a window that wasn’t covered up very well either. We locked the area so no one could get in, but it was a little uncomfortable knowing we could’ve been sleeping and someone could’ve walked up there if we didn’t notice and lock it. Would 100% recommend just make sure those doors are locked!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Winthrop! The home was stunning, with breathtaking views that made our trip truly special. The host was exceptional—proactive, attentive, and ensured we had everything we needed while respecting our privacy. The location is perfect, with charming cafes, restaurants, and parks just a short walk away. The nearby park offers incredible views of Boston and the harbor. We highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting the area!

Garrett and Libby were incredible hosts. Proactive, incredibly accommodating (we asked for a favour they were well within their rights to decline) and they really, really helped us out. We loved our stay at Sydney’s place. Everything was spotless, brand new and as listed. Great beach views. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time staying here. It was raining our entire stay but the closed in porch area allowed us to still feel like we were on vacation and enjoy the view of the harbor.

Excellent experience. Easy check in and the place was perfect, she even had some snacks waiting for us upon arrival. Easy walk to the ferry into Boston, and easy parking. It was winter, but there were plenty of outdoor activities so we'd love to come back during the summer. Older house but so charming and great location. Overall great communication before, during, and after; she even offered to ship a shoe my niece left behind to us. Would love to come back and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great place in Hull.

Our family stayed at this Airbnb for my son’s wedding. The house was in a beautiful location. The pictures accurately portrayed the space. The house was large, clean, with a spectacular view of the ocean. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking items. The beds were very comfortable and all linens were clean. Nice outside space on the deck with plenty of chairs to relax and a covered area with a table. Sue was a very pleasant host and responded in a timely manner when I had a question. Check in was seamless. Would highly recommend this Airbnb and hope to get back in the future.

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for families with children. So close to the beach with all the beach and home necessities you need while on vacation! Quaint town that was quiet but still has plenty of restaurants to visit. Overall, a great place!

The house was amazing! We had plenty of space for our large, mixed age group. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies for us to make meals at home and so many great restaurants nearby for eating out. All of Mary’s instructions were very detailed and simple. The house quickly felt like home and easy to function in it. The property is so beautiful and relaxing for all as well. We’d love to come back in the future and even check out the other rentals on the property!

I booked this Airbnb as I was attending a wedding at Piers Park in East Boston! It was so close and it was only a 6 minute walk away! Upon arriving Jay, the property manager met us at the Airbnb to go over how to run and find everything in the Airbnb, which I found to be super helpful! Not only was it helpful, but it was so nice to meet Jay. He was so sweet and he gave so many great recommendations! This Airbnb had it all! I truly could not have asked for a better place to stay ☺️

Perfect place for girls getaway trip. Walking distance to almost all the major attractions. Very well stocked kitchen and thoughtful of other needs such as umbrellas, flashlights, laundry detergent, etc. The bathroom is small, but expected in an older property. Everything for coffee , plenty of soap, shampoo, etc. Obviously a very thoughtful host. We greatly enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable, quaint and historic property.

Spiro was a great host, he was able to accommodate us pretty last minute and it turned out to be such an amazing place to stay. Perfect size for our small group of 4, and plenty close to be able to walk into town. Over just a great experience. Thank you again Spiro!

We loved staying in this comfortable air bnb with all the amenities. Easy access to Concord, Lexington and Walden Pond. It was a nice, relaxing stay after moving my kid in the city. We would love to stay here again.
