The villa is set in a relaxed neighborhood only 5 minutes away on foot from the pharmacy, green-grocer and small convenience store from where you can easily get your daily needs. Further up, around 15-minute walk there is a larger supermarket which also does deliveries. Also nearby, precisely in St. Thomas Bay area, you will find charming pizzerias, cafes, and restaurants. Should one wish to opt for the local public transport, you will also find a bus stop a few meters away from the property.

It offers excellent standard of private holiday accommodation in Malta for travelers seeking high standard privately owned farmhouse on a self catering basis with superb location. All daily amenities are included. It is ideal for 1 or 2 week holiday breaks. Self drive cars can also be arranged. Cleaning can also be provided at an extra cost.

A very well located Villa, situated in the heart of St. Julians and few minutes away from Paceville and St. George’s Bay. Property consists of a welcoming hall leading to a large open plan kitchen/dining overlooking large front terrace. There are 6 bedrooms, main with en suite, and 5 bathrooms.
