From the moment I arrived, she greeted my boyfriend and me with a warm smile and a sense of hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. She thoughtfully brought over fresh, buttery croissants and a bottle of red wine, a perfect touch to start my Parisian experience. Every detail of her apartment reflected the charm and elegance of the city—cozy, stylish, and well-appointed with everything I needed. The location couldn’t have been better. Nestled in the heart of Paris, it was just steps away from iconic Parisian landmarks, quaint cafés, and cultural treasures. As I was in the city for work, the proximity to key business districts made my stay incredibly convenient. Yet, after a long day, it was also the perfect retreat, offering peace and comfort in the midst of the city’s vibrant energy. I can’t help but long for the Parisian life again—the way Claudia made everything feel effortless and unforgettable ❤️

This is a great apartment, really spacious. We were 3 people but it is big enough for 6. It’s easy enough to get into Paris on the RER & if you want to get an Uber back at night it’s quite quick and reasonable at approx €21-26, but it does take a bit longer & is more expensive at peak times so it’s worth using the RER - it’s easy to download a digital Navigo pass on the IDR website and then scan in with your phone. There are stores & bakeries nearby but we didn’t try the local restaurants so can’t comment on those. We used it as a base for exploring Paris and Versailles & were out all day - it worked well as it’s nice to come back to such a comfortable apartment - lots of space inside and out and very helpful hosts. Schöne Unterkunft in der Nähe der Bahn, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Boulangerie und Supermärkte fußläufig gut erreichbar. Wir waren zu fünft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit Emilie und Nicolas war sehr nett, auch ein späterer CheckOut war kein Problem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Yedi kişi doğum günü kutlamam için Tarık’ın evini seçtik ve hepimiz çok memnun kaldık. Hepimizin en iyi airbnb deneyimlerinden biriydi. Üç banyosu ve dört tuvaletinin olması çok büyük bir rahatlık sundu. Ön ve arka bahçesinde vakit geçirmek çok keyifliydi ama yeşillikler sebebiyle sinek ve örümceklerle karşılaşabiliyorsunuz. 🙈 Metro durakları 7-8 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde ve 20 dakikada şehrin merkezinde olabiliyorsunuz. 8-10 kişilik gruplar için çok ideal, kesinlikle öneririm.

Die Wohnung ist schön und sehr modern. Paris ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln 47 bis 60 min gut zu erreichen. Man braucht kein Auto. ich war mit meiner Frau und unseren zwei Töchter dort und wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ich kann nur weiter empfehlen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank an Isabelle und Ihren Ehemann.

A really beatiful house, very large, perfect for 10 people or more. we were 3 families and there was enough space for everyone. All the home appliances are top level, and the beatiful living room is the heart of the house. unfortunately, because of the weather, we haven't used the garden but it is a great plus in summer time. Near train station (10') and many supermarkets. Absolutely raccomanded

Corine est une hôte extrêmement gentille. Son logement est un petit coin de Paris aux portes de Paris. J'y ai séjourné durant 1 mois et demi et j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Zauberhaft wundervoll! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Details der Einrichtung waren herzig. Bei Sonnenschein am Abend ein Wein auf der Terrasse = magisch! Wirklich zu empfehlen! Top Anbindung zur Stadt, super Umgebung und sehr liebe Vermieter.

The apartment was great, beautiful views of the Eiffel tower and the surrounding areas. Located between Colonial Fabien and Belleville metro stations, a short walk to both. All amenities were as listed, the mechanical shutters on the windows came in use to keep the apartment from gettin too warm and also doubled up as great black curtains. The apartment building itself is very secure. definitely worth booking a stay here!

Location , location and location A great location to be in Paris, everything walkable from top monuments to shopping to great food. The house is maintained with all small small essentials you may need while on holiday, very thoughtful. Very quiet and peaceful place with a clear Eiffel Tower view sitting right in the balcony. Very easy and clear to find address for taxis etc. , the host should be a little flexible for checkin and checkout when someone is travelling, it could always be an hour here and there .. I had an exceptional stay at this place

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment! The location was great - easily accessible to all the central spots in Paris, while also feeling safe and very convenient. Shops and restaurants were right outside our door, with a playground and a metro station less than a three-minute walk away. The apartment itself was cozy, spotless, and what we needed, featuring a great shower and a spacious garden. Sophie and Daan, our hosts, were very helpful and made us feel welcome and well-supported throughout our stay. Our experience was wonderful, and we left feeling happy and completely satisfied. Highly recommend!

First off, the view of the Eiffel Tower in the pictures is not over-rated. Viewing the tower from the balcony at the end of each day was a highlight of our trip. The apartment was as described. There was ample space for our family of 3. The living room and open dining / kitchen space provided a comfortable space to wind down in the evening after touring. A quality barista machine provided a good start to the day. The best part was how responsive and flexible Gregory was with us. I made an error on dates when booking (totally my fault) and Gregory worked with me to quickly resolve it. Any other time we reached out to Gregory, he was very prompt in responding. He was also proactive in telling us useful information about the unit and neighborhood.

Sora was an excellent host! Very responsive and assisted with anything that was needed. The location is great with lost of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is even a supermarket next door which was perfect for an air bnb stay. The view if the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood also felt safe.

I like Charlotte's apartment very much. It is spacious, very comfortable, and fully equipped with appliances, which makes people feel at home. Charlotte is also a kind and warm landlord. We arrived Paris in the morning, and I asked for an early check-in, she gladly agreed, which helped us a lot after flying for nearly a day. There are metro in a few minutes' walk. It's very convenient to go anywhere. This is a great place for me. I will definitely come back.
