We are a family of three (parents and a teen) and found our stay to be perfect - plenty of space, beautiful remodel, fast communication with the host when we had questions, comfortable beds, great location in a safe and walkable area. Could not ask for more. We would absolutely stay here again! I wish I lived here, actually :)

A perfect stay at Karl's beautiful apartment in Paris. Steps from the Champs Elysee and Rue Saint-Honore- located in one of the most beautiful locations in Paris. Walkable to all the major sites, food stores, cafes and the Metro. The apartment was perfectly laid out and exactly as described. A huge living space with comfortable couch, TV and balcony. A smartly appointed kitchen with everything you need for your stay. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment and the beds and linens were very comfortable. Loved having two separate showers and space to store our clothes while we were staying in Paris. I would recommend it to anyone coming for a visit. We are a family of four with two teenagers and had plenty of space to spread out and for privacy.

Beautiful apartment in a very elegant and quiet building, with all the comforts. Metro stop a few minutes away that allows you to reach the main attractions in 20-30 minutes. Lively neighborhood, full of non-tourist places where you can breathe the real parisian air.

If you're looking to be perfectly situated to wander the 11th arrondissement (or the 10th, or the 20th, etc), then this location is incredible, as a5 to 15 minute walk in any direction from the front door takes you to some of the most compelling (but somewhat less touristy!) neighborhoods on the Right Bank. And the Metro is is only a couple blocks away if you want to get anywhere else in the city. The apartment itself is enormous for a 2-bedroom--it's something like 2000 sq feet. The living room, tv room, and outdoor spaces are particularly generous spaces and all stylish and unusually comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful and has far better utility than most rentals. Steven sets up the house with an abundance of snacks, fresh coffee beans (and a great coffee maker), etc. He's a great host. A quirk: there's only a bath in the master suite, and the only shower is in the second bedroom, so it may require some thoughtful scheduling to get in that shower. All in all, an amazing apartment!

Eric’s place is by far one of our favorite stays to date! It was close to everything, perfectly located to shopping, wonderful restaurants, and attractions. There’s even a wonderful market two doors down! We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The flat was super clean, well appointed, and beautifully decorated. The attention to detail was wonderful, and we especially loved the intimate balcony for two off the master bedroom. Perfect for enjoying an evening glass of wine, or a morning cup of coffee. The bed and pillows were very comfy and afforded us delightful night’s sleep. We had a wonderful stay and would 100% recommend Eric’s place to anyone visiting Paris!
