The cottage was just as described. Very comfy and charming. The absolute best part was the location! You can get to the beach in 5 mins at a slow stroll with small kiddos! Highly recommend for families!

Condo is nicely kept. Great location with pool and beach views. Short walk to beach. Several options for outdoor activities. Would recommend asking host for code to the pool prior to arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

This is an absolutely gorgeous home that is perfect for a large family. The pictures don’t do it justice. This home is in a beautiful neighborhood with its own access to the beach. We loved every moment spent there!

This was our first time at Tybee, and we will definitely be back. Tracy is a wonderful host and I would definitely stay here again. Her place is clean and as described and Tracy was very helpful.

This place was absolutely gorgeous! Better than the pictures. The location is awesome. Walked to the beach, restaurants and shops. The back area was very nice. I could tell Alicja put so much effort into thinking of what any family may need for their stay. We had plenty of everything, including toiletries. I cannot think of one bad thing to say. I was truly impressed and so happy my family and I could spend the week here. I would recommend to anyone!

It was exactly what our family needed. Seeing the dolphins swimming was an extra bonus .

This was exactly what our group was looking for! Short walk to the beach and 25 min drive to Savannah. We especially loved having the pool which was extremely well maintained! The host is very kind, accommodating and quick to respond. 10/10 would recommend! I suggest catching the beach at low-tide, Tybean for coffee and a muffin and pizza at Huc-a-poos. Rent a car if flying in and planning to travel to Savannah or around the island because Ubers/Lyfts rates are outrageou$. Hit a Publix on your drive in to load up on all your grocery needs. The kitchen is filly equipped for cooking which was awesome but we did need to buy salt, pepper, etc

The house was perfect! It was very open with plenty of room! We loved the openness of the kitchen into the dining room and into the living room! That’s where we stayed the most! All the beds were so comfortable! It was wonderful experience!

The house was in a great location, close to everything. The surrounding neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Abigail was proactive and responsive throughout the entire process. The house was as advertised and the pool was a big hit with the entire family.

It is rare that the description and pics exceed the expectation. But this time it totally did! We found Mark’s place to be extremely comfortable and not lacking for much of anything. The location was perfect for day outings to the beach or a round of golf. Mark is a fantastic host! We had some minor issues due to a tropical storm and minor maintenance issues. Mark took the time to make a lengthy drive to make sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely return on our next trip to HH!

We had a great multi-gen family vacation at this home! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, with easy boardwalk access point. The hosts provided an impressive array of beach essentials (chairs, wagons, umbrellas & beach towels) which made our beach days even more enjoyable and stress-free. The home itself was incredibly clean and thoughtfully stocked with extra touches that made a big difference (things like suitcase stands in the BRs, plenty of hangers, towels & blankets, and everything we needed in the kitchen to cook for a large group). Loved the extra fridge for beverages. The layout was ideal for a big family or group of friends, giving us space to gather while also offering privacy when needed. The beds were super comfy! We appreciated the kid-friendly features — large splash area in pool, tons of games, high chair and portacrib for our grands. We highly recommend this property and the hosts, Marty & Andrea, who really went above & beyon

The house was immaculate and had upgraded furnishings and amenities. It was very clean and well maintained. the layout of the house and rooms was well thought out and there were several outdoor spaces to enjoy as well. Communication was great and check-out requirements were minimal and easy. I would stay here again and would seek out one of their other properties for my next stay in Hilton Head.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Ted's house! It exceeded expectations, was super clean and very spacious! We really enjoyed the heated pool and Ted had plenty of beach gear for our trips to the beach! The house was beautiful and had everything you could think of! It's in a great location too. Our family would highly recommend Ted's house and would book again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Halen's place! The location was fantastic, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. Being so close to the beach was a huge plus, allowing for easy morning walks and sunset views. We also appreciated that it wasn't too far from Savannah, making for a great day trip to explore the city. The property itself was spotlessly clean and exactly as described in the listing. The beautiful and relaxing pool was definitely a highlight – we spent many enjoyable hours lounging by the water. Finally, Halen was a fantastic host. She gave us all the information we needed ahead of time, making check-in and our stay seamless and stress-free. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

This is the second time we have stayed at Melissa's house. We love the space, the kitchen, the screened in porch, and really everything about it!! It is a short walk to the beach with all the necessities available for the beach - beach chairs, umbrella, kids toys, etc. We also love this area of Tybee Island! We would definitely stay here again!

Greg’s house was as advertised. Plenty of space, great outdoor hangout area, and he certainly doesn’t skimp on the amenities. For the pet owners, we can confirm that it is a very pet friendly residence. All of this in addition to being a 3 minute walk to/from the beach, in a very upscale neighborhood (with friendly neighbors/guests) and within 10-15 minutes of all of the great HHI bars/restaurants/shops/golf courses/etc. Greg was very communicative in the days/weeks leading up to and during our vacation, and provided very detailed instructions (including video) for all things in and around the house. Would definitely return, thanks again to Greg for being a terrific host.

Wonderful place on Tybee Island! Perfect for a relaxing week away with our family. Just over 200 steps to the beach (my kids counted) with everything you could need to enjoy a day at the water. Plus it is only a short walk/bike ride into town. Beautiful spot, wonderful host, and an amazing experience. Thank you!
