Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb! Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig, was für eine entspannende Atmosphäre sorgte. Besonders praktisch war die Nähe zur U-Bahn-Station Alimos, von der aus man einfach und schnell ins Zentrum gelangen konnte. Zudem gab es direkt vor der U-Bahn Station einen Kiosk. Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend, hat schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und uns herzlich empfangen.

That view to the Acropolis was beyond my wildest dreams and Peter’s beautiful apartment allowed us to take full advantage of the view, both inside the enclosed terrace or outside. The apartment is beautifully decorated and is very spacious. Peter always responded quickly to any comments or enquiries. The apartment is very quiet at night, despite it being on a busy street. The elevator was such a bonus! We walked everywhere; the apartment was in a brilliant location to access so many places of interest. We would not hesitate in recommending staying here. Very bright, spacious, clean and modern property. The two-floor apartment exactly matched the description. The property has all the amenities you could wish for and two bathrooms were an added bonus. The area ofvthe apartment is very peaceful and in walking distance of Saronida's shops, supermarket bakery and restaurants. The nearest beach is also nearby by foot. Communication with Loucas was excellent. The kind welcome and guide of the property by Mrs Katerina was much appreciated. I highly recommend this property.

As soon as we entered the house, we were amazed by its magnificence.The house is nicer than it looks in real life. All the furniture is new and the house is spotless. Walking distance to the city center . We explored everywhere on foot. . If you are looking for a clean and comfortable house, don't hesitate and rent this house immediately. You can find cheaper houses, but you cannot find the comfort and cleanliness here in cheap houses.The house is on a very nice street. There are many cafes and markets. Thank you Viktoria for creating such a wonderful home.

Εξαιρετική επιλογή τοποθεσίας διαμονής,τόσο μακρυά ώστε να έχει ησυχία και τόσο κοντά ώστε να μην είναι πρόβλημα η μετάβαση στο Λουτρακι, η Μαρία φιλικοτατη και κατατοπιστική.Απο τις καλύτερες επιλογές στην περιοχή.

Everything about the house is magical. We loved the old architecture, the location, proximity to swimming, everything. You need to know that it's quite an upward journey from the port, so be ready to climb about 300 steps in total to get to the house. The good thing is that there are mules available to take your bags and you can take your time on the cute walk up. There is a nice mini supermarket about 8 minutes walking from the house, excellent restaurants and swimming only 5 minutes away. The views are breathtaking. We absolutely loved it and area already excited about coming back next year!

Le logement proposé par Irène est merveilleux : très bien situé par rapport à la plage, au port et au centre ville, il se trouve dans une magnifique demeure en pierre, avec une très belle vue depuis la terrasse sur la ville et la mer. La décoration à l’intérieur est superbe, très soignée et conforme aux photos, cela m’a un peu fait penser à la « ferme africaine » de Karen Blixen… Tout y est très confortable et de grande qualité. Le seul point à avoir en tête est que le matelas de la mezzanine est assez petit et que le canapé du salon n’est pas un convertible (on peut y dormir en cas de nécessité mais ce n’est pas aussi confortable qu’un vrai lit). Aussi je recommande de ne pas dépasser 4 personnes maximum dans le logement ; quant au lit-mezzanine, je le recommande soit pour une seule personne, soit pour 2 enfants relativement jeunes et peu encombrants (pas 2 ados comme moi…), mais pas trop petits non plus car l’escalier qui conduit à la mezzanine est raide. Sinon, Irene est une hôtesse très attentive, accueillante et agréable, la rencontrer fait partie du plaisir ! Je recommande ce logement.

Το σπίτι και ο κήπος με την πισίνα ήταν αυτό ακριβώς που θέλαμε. Η Παναγιωτα ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμη σε ότι ζητήσαμε και πολύ πολύ βοηθητική. Θα μέναμε ξανά 100% κ σίγουρα θα το πρότεινα. Παναγιώτα ευχαριστούμε πολύ !

This is a top notch place, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our climbing trip to Kyparissi. Mr Stavros is an extremely helpful and pleasant host. We look forward to coming back next year!

We booked this place a little further than the actual place we wanted to visit but it was definitely worth the distance because of the nice view and better accommodations. Definitely will recommend and visit another time.

the best apartment we stayed ever. all the amenities are top level. many towles and linen. the location is just a few minutes walk from all the Psiry bars but still far anough to be quiet.Athanasia was very helpful and answer immiedately. she was also initiate connection to verify we are satisfy. perfect apartment for 2 digital nomads or family with small children.

Spiros was a very nice host. Very easy communication, a very nice and modern apartment with a beautiful Terrasse. I can highly recommend to book his Airbnb and spend some days in Athen :)

L'accueil a été facile. Le logement est clair et la terrasse est un vrai plus. Un très bon rapport qualité. prix à 30mn du centre historique. Le quartier est paisible et très sécurisé même pour une femme seule. Merci aux hôtes !

The apartment has been visibly recently renovated and is perfect in every detail. The private parking is fantastic if you arrive by car and want to leave it parked for your stay. We loved the place and the surroundings and it's just a short walk from the city center (Agorà, Acropolis...). Zoe and Andreas were helpful and friendly and we loved our stay. Absolutely recommended.

Konstantinos è stato veramente molto cordiale e comprensivo. La casa è veramente molto carina, corrispondeva alle nostre esigenze. Quando torno li ad arrampicare vorrei proprio tornare li. Lo consiglio davvero.

We stayed here for 9 days and was worth every penny. Beautiful hotel like apartment with lots of towels, as well as beach towels provided. We were even provided with a complimentary clean during our stay. It was a very quiet, salubrious area. We walked to Gylfada which took about 30 minutes. There was plenty of taxis and metro was easy to get to via taxi. Metro then took only 20 minutes into central athens. Taxis were v cheap. Would highly recommend, 5 stars for every aspect of our stay.
