We had a wonderful vacation at the Siesta Beach Cottages. The property was exactly as described in the listing. The condo very clean and had everything my family of 4 needed for a week’s vacation - beach chairs, beach towels, bikes, grill, washer/dryer, bedsheets, towels, and full kitchen. Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. Communication about the property, amenities, and location, and nearby activities made the stay stress-free! Cottages are within short walk to the beautiful beach and restaurants. Thanks for a great vacation, can’t wait to return!

Clean, comfortable unit. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathroom had a generous supply of plush towels. Danil and David were great to work with. I would return again.

A very cute, comfortable, clean and exceptionally appointed cottage. Brian is a wonderful host. We really enjoyed our stay there and look forward to visiting again. The SOS facility is a great place for family stays and is a major plus as well.

There were 6 of us total as we had some young teachers on spring break and their friends with us. The space worked well for all of us and the location is great. The beach was an easy walk, our cottage had a fenced in area for our pup, there are shops and restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed the pool and the hottub. Dave who assists in the care of the place was available and very responsive to all needs and questions. We hope to come back and we would recommend it to anyone.

We loved Lara's place, and she was extremely easy & quick to communicate with. We love the quiet neighborhood and the pool was the cherry on top! We will definitely be reserving her sweet home again!

Easy check in and check out. Very private space and very secure with the security gate. Felt right at home! My friend and I have stayed here multiple times and it’s great every time!

What a great place to stay. The house was very clean and felt right at home. Mark provides everything you need and is very responsive if you need anything. Plenty of towels and essential household items were stocked. The pool was amazing and he even has corn hole boards set up. The main strip of Siesta is a 2 minute walk away and the beach isn’t much further. I strongly recommend.

Duane was an amazing host. In all the years we've been using Airbnb, he was the best. He was quick to respond and quick to resolve any issues. We can't praise him enough.

We had an excellent stay at this cozy cottage! The place was spotless, easy to find, and exactly as described. The bathroom and kitchen were both modern and well-stocked, making our stay super convenient. It’s clear the host takes pride in keeping everything in great shape. We had no issues at all and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Adorable, spotless duplex on a quiet street. One of the best properties I have ever rented. Hosts are responsive and pleasant. Will rent again when in the area.

I really enjoyed this cute vintage bungalow… Great location near events I was attending… and the air conditioning worked great, bed comfortable and felt at home and would definitely recommend to other guests!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Canopy Cottage. This was our second year staying and loved it even more. Jami is an excellent host. We loved being close to the Legacy Trail to ride bikes and the sort drive to Siesta Key Beach! Would definitely stay again.

My wife and I loved it. We spent 2 weeks there and it was a perfect place in a perfect location. Highly recommended and we will plan a re-visit if it’s available on my next trip.

We had a wonderful stay at Jim’s place! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to everything you need. The home itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with everything thoughtfully set up for a relaxing getaway. What made the stay even better was Jim himself—he’s incredibly kind, welcoming, and great to talk to. You can really tell he cares about making sure his guests have a great experience. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We love the Sun Cottage. This is our second stay there. A really nice place. Within walking distance or short drive to the beach. Lauren responded to our questions very quickly. We stayed two months so we really appreciated the washer/dryer and the stocked kitchen. We would definitely book again.

The cottage is beautifully decorated, nicely designed, neat, spacious, generous storage!!!! The floors are wonderfully unique! Everything was beyond clean and appeared to be brand new! The shower is fun! Washer /Dryer a HUGE plus! The makeup vanity located within the walk- in closet is awesome! (the online picture does not do it justice!) Anything that we could have needed- from beach to cooking- was available at our finger tips! The cottage is set back nicely and "hidden" from the street. This rental is a winner!

The cutest cottage and very spacious for a couple. Very peaceful area close to the beach and great restaurants and attractions. We felt like going back in time and yet not lacking anything we are used to in modern life. Everything was perfect and we really didn’t need to contact the hosts for the entirety of our 4 night stay. We absolutely recommend Mattie’s Cottage to anyone visiting the Sarasota area.

Carolyn’s place was absolutely lovely. The community at this location feels safe and very peaceful. there is a lovely coffee shop a block away, and the house is centrally located about 20 minutes from everything-including Siesta Beach. The house had everything we needed, and it truly felt like we were right at home. We will for sure be booking this place again in the future! Thank you for such a beautiful and peaceful weekend get away!

Kelly's place was a welcoming retreat. So quiet, beautiful surroundings and lots of creatures to see and hear. The cottage is cozy and well equipped, lots of natural light, a comfortable bed, quality linens and a spacious, well lit, shower. :) We had everything we needed, enjoyed the time we spent there and hope we can return on one of our future trips to Englewood.
