Great comfortable place that is very accessible. very accommodating and responsive to needs. only issue was the room smelled like a cat when I first arrived. took a few days to go away but was fine after that. I really liked the accessibility and security of the building.

Leah’s place was just what we needed. A large affordable apartment near downtown Martinez that was easily walkable. Leah was super responsive with all our inquiries and helped us out a lot. Great stay.

My fiancee decided to secure Sarah's place as the locale for her wedding-day eve she-pad. It was meant to be a place of rest and peace so she could prepare for our wedding day the following day. Sarah's place delivered! My fiancee had a peaceful time staying there with her mother as she went over the last details of our wedding and Sarah's apartment also served as a respite for us after our wedding day. It was clean, cute, peaceful and everything she said it would be. The place was spotless and we could tell that Sarah really cared about her place, as well as cared about us because the decor and the snacks(especially coffee) made us feel at home and welcomed. If we didn't live so close to Sarah, we would plan on making frequent return visits to her space(we still might!). Thank you Sarah for everything!!

Loved staying in this Rockridge hideaway! Close to public transit and also easy access to highways with no problem parking. Clarice clearly explained everything ahead of time and was super responsive when I had questions. Would def stay here again!!

The place was perfect for our stay. Easy to get to shopping and restaurants. Whole Foods directly across the street. Clean and comfortable apartment.

Ainah’s place is way beyond my expectations. The apartment is awesome and the neighborhood is beautiful and safe too. I was here by myself and still got a very great time :) I will definitely come back in the future.

We used this property for our wedding guests and they enjoyed their stay. We needed a couple of extra air beds for the kids to sleep in same room and Farid wad very accommodating to order one in time for check in.

Good and peaceful place to stay. close to my office just walking distance. Miya is always reachable for any concern. Miya and Tony managed the place well like inside a garden. I get delicious fruits from the garden. I stayed here for a month long and found no hastle in movement even in late night and early morning. About bthe room - it is fully equipped with all necessary things as one can see in the listing, great sunlight, cozy bed and what not. Last but not least for the pet lovers - Ziya ( Miyas pet dog) will melt your heart with her greetings everytime it sees you.

Wow, what an incredible stay for two nights! My family and I stayed at this Airbnb for my large family visiting California from Australia, and it exceeded all our expectations. The location was safe & easy access to the BART station. The house itself was clean with plenty of room for all of us to spread out and relax. The host was amazing, providing us with everything we needed and very responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again!

Dan was a great host! He was quick to respond to any questions/concerns during the stay. We actually had a hiccup or two during the stay, and he was prompt to fix the issues by having someone come over to resolve them within 2 hours. The home is beautiful and spacious and has basically all your kitchen needs, so that's always great to have! 10/10 recommend

This was my very first stay in the U.S., and it was such a wonderful surprise. Tara was incredibly thoughtful—she not only prepared a welcome gift, but also put together a detailed guidebook with helpful tips about the house. It was super considerate and made settling in so much easier. The room exceeded my expectations—it was spacious, beautifully decorated, and exactly like the photos. Everything was clean, cozy, and well-organized. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we got a good sleep here. Overall, it was a delightful experience that made me even more excited for the rest of my journey. Melanie’s place is truly one of a kind, and Melanie is an A+ host. I can’t recommend her spot highly enough. The room matches the pictures precisely—it’s clean, homey, spacious, has tons of storage space, and has a delightfully comfortable bed. Beyond the room, the rest of the living space is beautifully decorated, the kitchen is clean and well-stocked, and the washer/dryer are terrific. But the real gem of the apartment is Melanie. Melanie is gracious, warm, kind, considerate, and thoughtful. She ensures that your stay is comfortable and relaxing, including by sharing food, drink, and her artwork. I’ve never felt more at home in an Airbnb, and I will definitely be returning to Melanie’s spot. Thank you, Melanie!
